Refund Policy
At VeloxR Telecom Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted internet services to our valued customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund may be necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Non-Refundable Charges
- One-time installation charges, activation fees, and device/router charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Any fees paid to third-party vendors (e.g., OTT platforms, value-added services) are also non-refundable.
2. Plan Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Monthly/Prepaid Plans:
Refunds are not applicable for prepaid plans once activated, except in the case of technical failure or non-delivery of service by VeloxR. - Postpaid Plans:
If services are discontinued due to unresolved issues on our end, a pro-rata refund (based on usage and billing cycle) may be provided.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
- Internet service not activated within 7 working days from payment.
- Service outage exceeding 72 hours without resolution and no alternate arrangement provided.
- Duplicate payment made by customer.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@veloxr.in with the subject line “Refund Request”.
- Include your Customer ID, registered mobile number, payment details, and reason for the refund.
- Our support team will verify your claim and respond within 7 business days.
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
6. Disputes & Exceptions
VeloxR reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the investigation of service logs and usage data.
